Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: West Greenville, South Carolina

Position Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive therapeutic mental health services through a hybrid model of in-office and telehealth sessions. This role involves creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, providing individual, family, and group therapy, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for case consultations.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and integrate best practices into clinical care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience as an independently licensed therapist.
  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid LMFT license in South Carolina.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) certification or experience.
  • Experience working with patients diagnosed with Personality Disorders, Trauma, Depression and Anxiety Disorders, and Bipolar Disorder.

Compensation:
  • Salary: $50,000-$60,000 / year
  • Reimbursement for Licensure and CEU Expenses: $500/year

Schedule and PTO:
  • M-Th 8:00am-4:00pm on in-office days (2); 8:00am-5:00pm on virtual days (2); 8:00am-1:00pm Fridays (always virtual)
  • 80 Hours of Paid Time Off Each Year
  • (5) Paid Holidays
  • End-of-Year Paid Holiday Break/Office Closure (Dec. 24-Jan 1)
  • Hybrid Position: 2 Days In-Office, 3 Days Virtual
  • No On-Call Requirements, No Weekends, No Holidays

Position Specifics:
  • 60 Minute Initial Appointments and 60 Minute Follow-Up Appointments
  • Referral process to screen patients and ensure office policies are upheld
  • Monthly all-therapist meetings for case consultation and presentations
  • Monthly all-therapist meetings to discuss improvements to processes, procedures, etc.

  • Full administrative support for credentialing and state licensing
  • All technology/equipment provided as well as tech support
  • All office furniture provided by practice
  • $400 Work-from-home stipend
